Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 week of purchase. If you’ve ordered a made-to-order item, the specific processing time will be clearly stated on the product description.

• Within Australia: Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks.
• International Orders: Delivery may take between 3–5 weeks, depending on your location and local postal service.

Tracking & Shipping Updates

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please monitor your tracking link for real-time updates and estimated delivery times.

Lost or Returned Parcels

• If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect it from your local post office, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
• If your parcel is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund.
